Incoming hurricane... what to do with outside plants?

Hey guys, I planted a few of my germed seeds yesterday and one of them is already significantly above ground after only one day. There's a hurricane supposed to be heading my way over the weekend and I'm worried for my plants! This is my first grow and I was originally going to be growing indoors but I haven't had time to set up my grow area yet inside so I decided to plant 2 of my 6 germed seeds outside. I do plan on having an indoor area setup tomorrow - is it a bad idea to move them indoors with my indoor plants during the heavy winds? And after that, can I just put them back outside?

Edit: they are in pots so I wouldn't have to dig them up.

As an aside, I'm growing outside in northeast Maryland, when should I expect my plants to start flowering if I just planted them yesterday? Just wondering so I don't accidently hermie them with my deck light during the nighttime.

Thanks!
