Yep, on 1 side we try to mimic mother nature, then flip the coin and we do everything thats not natural such as trying to flower before plants are mature, 12/12 from seed. All kinds of crazy things. lol

Mine are healthy I've just noticed some subtle differences, I only had 1200w at the start of flower and added the 400 after a couple of weeks.
