What is the PH? What is the media? what is the PH of the water you're putting in? Normally chasing runoff is not productive. Are the plants not growing well?

The ph in about 6.78 runoff was 4.76.

I think you may have a problem with your ppm meter, at 9500 ppm’s the water would be cloudy/chunky! Is your soil heavy in peat moss? Overall your plants look ok, if a tad overwatered.

No it's definitely hot. There was an accidental top dressing higher than the recommended dose.
The meter is fine. Recently calibrated. Tested multiple water sources,
I wonder should I adjust with baking soda and test tomorrow to see what it do. I'm reading baking soda increases ph in 6 hours. I just wonder if I'm on the right track. Some people do t even ph their soil.

No need to ph or measure runoff, but you're going to want something for microbes, like ewc or compost, and something for mulch, like barley straw or rice hulls.

As a matter of fact, don't water to runoff. Water in 5-10% water to soil volume.

The ppm ranges from 3900 to 9500. Those numbers unfortunately are real.

I give ewc all the time. I even gave it tribus several times already. I'm probably at day 50 in an auto run.
Will baking soda ruin the plants?

That's organic nutrient you're using. It works different from water soluble, readily available nutrients.

You need mulch with top dressing as well.
Baking soda may be detrimental, but what makes you think you have a ph problem? I'm not seeing any signs of a ph issue, though my eyes are getting bad. Lol
