tip top toker , Ill concede to the fact that some of my posts are dumb but I fail to see how any idea that may further the progress of the Medical Marijuana Movement could be called an Epic failure of a thread . The idea that a Indian Nation could set up a system that the MI patients and caregivers could both buy and sell MM at will the needed or excess product and bypass the BS that we get from the current system sound good to me . Would it work ? I dont know , its just an idea !

Guess you missed the article about the anishnabes in NewYork manufacturing and selling cigarettes tax free across the states. The government couldnt do shit to them, they had to go after the non-native delivery companies that were transporting and delivering them.

Maybe you should look up the meaning of a "soverign nation"...

There would be no delivery company’s , only patients that had no caregivers or caregivers that were low on product for their patients or caregivers that had excess product that they could sell so patients could have a better selection of medication . Everybody coming or going would be legal . So who would they go after ? We all know the system is unjust , we the people should be able to self medicate with a plant that was put here for our health and well being .
