I know! Poor gal!

Out with the old, and in with the new.

Also, here is that yellow spot that came up on an otherwise very healthy appearing plant.

ok i know what that is. when the leaves were overlapping condenstaion built up between the two and then when they cam appart the moisture magnified the light. that or you dripped consentrated nutes on her.

Wow, bravo. That makes a lot of sense. If it were lower on the plant then I wouldn't put the nute splash past me, but since this is on the top of the canopy, and I have noticed, many many times as a matter of fact, in this grow that condensation has built up in between the leaves and been very concentrated, that's exactly what that must be, I can't think of any other way to explain it unless it's burn that's affecting one very small part of the plant... and that's not logical.

Next time I do a Scrog I'm going to find either A) a better sturdier type of screen or B) a better way to fix my screen into my grow space. By that I mean a sturdier way to implement it and hold it in place. The screen currently has some give in it, it's plastic so even if it were taunt it would still have a little give to it. The amount of stretch so far in this first week of flower has turned my Scrog into more of a screen assisted grow, not a Scrog Proper. I'm already seeing benefits from training the plants in this manner, I should have around 20 or so colas from 4 plants even though this will be a lop-sided screen job! Learn as we grow! Cheers! *takes a big hit from a bowl full of thai super skunk that was a seed in my palm 8 months ago* It's all worth the wait.... :)

TR - learn as we go is right!! I had no screen, and had to put a garden trellis of a screen in - in the middle of flowering- like an idiot! Live and learn!
Do it better next time.

Tonight I started another brew. This one will be the strongest yet;

4 gallons RO water in a 5 gallon bucket.
1/2 cup Mexican bat guano
1/8 cup Peruvian seabird guano
1 cap full of liquid seaweed (about 2 Tbs)
1 1/2 Tbs Liquid Karma
1 1/2 Tbs FF Big Bloom
1 Tbs Epson salt
and to top her off, 1 Tbs un-sulfured molasses
no tea bag at all used. I'm planning on spooning out some of what's left on the bottom of the bucket into the girls containers and mixing it with the top few inches of soil.

All of the water came out of my freshly refitted RO filter. Before all new filters were installed water was around 170ppm, I measured some in the garage in a dirty measuring cup a min ago before adding it to the tea and it read 20ppm. Mission accomplished.

Afterthought edit: I realized later on that I left out my worm castings. I decided to include some Peruvian seabird guano so I didn't mind, this IMO is actually a good substitute for the worm castings because of its high P rating.

TR - grow is still looking great. Don't get too happy with the new brews.... don't want to f**k up a good thing.

Right you are Kiki. Just made the same thing a little stronger and added two more tried and true ingredients,... very sparingly. The girls should love this :)

very cool... remind me how long til harvest??
The packaging from Nirvana states 7-9 weeks. I started flower the first full day on Wed the 19th, that would set me right between March the 9th and the 23rd.

Or March 16th for the folks who like exactness, if we pick a day right in the middle... *I'm telling you what: This. Is. EXCITING!* :)

Or: 6 weeks and 1 day.... give or take......
