Haha yeah man. For this stuff I usually go myself and yeah I had some epsom salts i'm foliar feeding with it today just to see if i see any improvements. Yeah you got me sold on the Sensi especially if it balances out PHIf you can swing it, Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow & Bloom are all I use. They are a tad pricey, but they are awesome. You wont ever have to worry about under/over feeding your ladies. Also, they will automatically balance any water's ph to around 6.0. I love them and can't in good conscience recommend anything else. I would also HIGHLY recommend the people at High Tech Garden Supply: www.HTGSupply.com. In all my hunting for bargains, they are the Wal-Mart of hydro stores. They have everything, cheap, and will deliver fast and cheap too.
I found my TDS and PH meters on Amazon for about 20 bucks each. Simple and effective.
The plants look over-watered perharps. Or underwatered. Only you could tell. I am not the greatest at diagnosing plant problems, but, I do know that a MG Def. is quickly rectified with a few tablespoons of plain Epsom Salt in the feed water. just make sure not to get a scented one, or one with Menthoyl. They sell some Epsom Salt for muscle rubs. If you tell your girl to go buy some, that Menthoylated crap is what she'll come home with. Plain Epsom Salt.

Im using the GH flora line in hempy buckets. While a hydro based nute lineup, I know people who use the lucas formula with soil no problem. I have heard great things about the AN lineup and want to give them a try once I use up my current nutes.Yeah the sensi is pricey going to have to wait for my big grow plan in November or unless I get the cash before hand which I might. Any other suggestions for a low budget?
No heat issue just left the door open to the closet. Probably going to move the light a tad higher.I have heard general hydroponics products being used in many grows. If it's cheaper than A.N consider that line. I agree that they look over-watered. i always give plants 3 full days between watering/feeding. (I.E: Feed, nothing, nothing, water, nothing, nothing, feed). Like Stone said, if the soil is still damp at all around 2 inches down, then the girls have plenty of water. Marijuana does not prefer to have moist soil all the time. They prefer to dry out a little. This will also cause the root system to reach down into the medium in search of more water.
Also, if you could transplant them, into some better soil, they wont hate you for it. I use Fox Farm but had early success with Miracle Grow's All organic soil. When choosing a soil, get something that doesn't already have time-released nutes of any kind. Make sure they get the nutes you feed them, and nothing else. My second grow ever I used cheap time-released Miracle Grow soil and had a lot of problems with it.
Is heat still an issue?

How do you keep the plant sturdy in the perlite did you just plant the seed in the perlite?Im using the GH flora line in hempy buckets. When watering do the scratch test, scratch down into the soil about an inch or two, if its still moist wait a day and check again. Those girls look overwatered to me, but I'm fairly new at this myself so I could be wrong. I know you said heat was an issue, did you solve that problem? When I threw my grow box into use, I started off with serious ventilation problems due to a too small carbon filter for my exhaust fan. The overheated plants looked similar to yours, drooping down like that.
I would flush with str8 water 2-3 times the amount of your container. If you search the forums on this site, there are some recipies to make your own soil, which would work much better than MG soil. If growing in soil is not a big issue of importance, you might look into hempy buckets. They are easy to use, almost impossible to overwater, and best of all really cheap. Just a bucket and perlite, really simple. And good results, check my link in sig, I'm using tiny 6" tall folgers coffee cans and am pleased with the results considering it's my first time.
GL subbed and looking forward to your grow.
Thanks brohey dude plants looking good, transplant them suckas, mine really took off once i moved them to 3 gallons, im subbed for the ride best of luck! and + rep
You can start your seed in plugs till they show roots then transplant to hempy. The perlite will be more than enough support, just bury past the roots and once she shoots roots to the res it will be plenty sturdy. There is a great hempy sticky on this site somewhere with lots of great info. How do you keep the plant sturdy in the perlite did you just plant the seed in the perlite?
This is great advice for a noob grower like me, I was cutting them till I read somewhere to not cut fan leaves. Even though I'm doing scrog next grow too, I am going to look to reposition leaves rather than cut so many.Leaves that get almost no light to them will yellow and die quickly. That is normal. Especially in flower. Wait until a gentle tug will pull the yellowing leaf off. If it stays put, the plant is still draining its stored nitrogen.

Haha yeah I guess that would be good. When I cut my fan leaves on the biggest it grew like crazy though. the fan leaves where so big and bushy they werent letting light in to other partsThis is great advice for a noob grower like me, I was cutting them till I read somewhere to not cut fan leaves.
