aint got no like button, o-well. they are looking good bro, keep up the good work. if you got room veg them a little more and maybe top them. if not then flip away. i grew mine 12/12 for the speed of having then done before summer. never know how long it will take to finish.

The like button has disappeared for everyone :( , I'm have strict timing so I can't veg for much longer; I think I know that one is definitely female because when I rub the leaves it smells totally like skunk but the other ones don't :D So I should have the minimum of one female :D

I'm going to have a little look around to see what nutes there are available and I'm looking at a 105w 2700k cfl so hopefully I should get it by Tuesday if I order it, everything is looking good so far so I hope that I get a good harvest and no busted grow :D

here are my babies this morning a few are really taking off day 20 from seed. I suggest no one use the air injection soil till i have this grow run to the end(harvest). if this works then ill make a thread walking everyone threw my whole grow. the ins and outs. this is a bit more work i can tell you already. every 3 days i change the water and clean the water holding bowls. so if you a lazy grower this isnt for you. I want to see the yields i get from smaller lights and then do another with big lights compare yields ect. every light i got for this will be used as i expand so im not wasting any money.
Love and Peace all

I've decided to use bio bizz bio bloom for flowering and should hopefully have that in about 2 weeks (1 1/2 weeks into flowering)

I've ordered a Y adapter and x1 30w 2700k cfl which should arrive on Monday/Tuesday although I won't need the Y adapter in this grow... well I shouldn't need it anyway so :D

That's another £10 gone towards the grow; total spent: Lights: £17.90, Adapters and others: £20 and also the £10 which is stated above.... still to come; the nutes and larger pots (hopefully), oh and more lighting :D

Budget: £65 ($106.92)

i know about the budget growing. i have a lot in lights, and very little in anything else. it took a little time to do it. i got about 75.00 in lights and 10.00 in food and molasses. i built the box from scrap and had some other hardware laying around. it's fun.

Wait, what?

I used a friend's organic soil, her pots and found two seeds in a bud of green crack. Electric is included in the rent

0$

Now I need to invest in lights. This is where it gets expensive and I have no idea what you guys are talking about aside from cfl and florescent. I have a overhead flourscnt and want to us cfls at the same time. Maybe spots, I need to figure the room out

Ordered worm castings bone meal and blood meal today $40. I want to clone two plants into 50. Smoke nice for a few months

I like the infoin this journal. Been reading for a lot f hours

you get a cfl uvb start with 1 hr then next day 2 hr then 3 ht then 4 hr that is about as much as you want to go with uvb. the uvb increases the tric's and the resign on your plants.
love and peace.

i have heard that, but worried about the uv. i'm all ways sticking my head in the box to check things out.

I've re potted today as the plants were insanely root bound which was probably the reason they were growing so slowly! Because I had not much large pots lying around except from one I used one small(ish) cardboard box with a black bag on the inside with compost to stop it from leaking through and the other one was a money box made of plastic :D .... but no worries it should be good; will post some pics hopefully tomorrow.... was going to upload them today but I kind of accidentally deleted them :(

Figured that my electricity bill with my current setup costs about £21 per month on top of what I am already paying :D

Yeah I thought of that at first but then I decided to scrap that idea :D Anyway they have been re potted and there is no sort of visible form of shock to the plants so everything is doing good. I'll try uploading some pics later on in the day.

I'm probably going to scrap one 125w 5500k and replace it with 60w 2700k and will be adding 30w 2700k every week for 2/3 weeks

Here's some more pics for you all to enjoy :p : Sorry for the kinda messed pics

1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg

Some dodgy re potting :p - They should do good and I'm early flowering in 3 days time so lets hope I get some good result and I've decided to change my estimated yield to about 30 grams which is enough to last me a month or two so yeah :D

There is a bit of curling going on in the last picture but hopefully all should be good

Next update when I flip to 12/12.... I need some opinions on how I'm supposed to flip without shocking the plant as I'm used to outdoor and not indoor :D

just flip them to 12/12. but like myself, i used smaller pots so my plants wont get real big. mine are in flower and range from say 8" to 10" tall. i'm still learning the indoor ways. i liked to have killed my other indoor grow by over watering and not feeding enough.

I have seen some increased growth since re potting so all should be good and when you say just flip to 12/12 how am I supposed to make the plants adjust to the lighting i.e. give them a 24 hour darkness period then induce them to the lighting or some other way?

no just flip them. some if the led people work with the different hours. they do have a light that we don't and i'm thinking about trying to get one for future grows. it is a 730-740nm led flower initiator. by using the light for up to 10 minutes after lights out, you can run you lights for 14 hours on and 10 off for flower. the one i watched did close the gap towards the end. he used household led a19 style bulbs, got almost a gram per watt. i read somewhere while reading up on this light that a plant takes around 2 hours to settle for sleep. this light fools the plant into thinking it has been in the dark for up to 2 hours.

So say if my plant was sleeping or in the dark period and I flipped to the lights during that period would that be the correct way to do that?

I've started to do some LST for about a week or until pistils start to show.... :D x1 30w 2700k cfl should be with me by Tuesday and I'll be increasing by 30w each week and will be removing x1 125w cfl 5500k

nothing to it, say you have your reg lights out for 6 or 8 hours. when you turn the lights back on the run them 12 hours then out for 12 hours. if you grow 24/7 then start with a lights out for 12 and work from there.
