Indoor hydro set up help.

Hey guys, I had a crack at growing some green outdoors and did okay, so now moving onto trying to grow it inside.

A mate has lent me his Phototron 3000SX grow box. It has 3* 32W bent fluoros in it.

Also has globe mount modified into the box. Current not sure what globe to use in its spot. Any suggestions?





Will be building a hydroponic set up for this. Unsure which is better?
I have the ebb and flow or the Deep water culture system that I can build inside the growbox. Suggestions?

Hey guys, have been brainstorming recently and have come up with some modifications that i would like to perform on the box.

PSU
120mm fan(top exhaust fan)
4* 80mm fans on sides blowing in(might use more)
Automotive HID ballast and bulb. 4300k or 6000k have a 1 or 2 bulbs/ballasts laying around.


Plan was to connect all the fans up to the PSU, wire up the automotive HID to the 12V power source.
make housing for HID bulb.

Also have a 12V submersible pump rated @ 3L/min sitting around, and air pump.
Not sure whether i should bother connecting the 12V pump into the PSU and make and ebb and flow system. OR just hook up the airpump and make a deep water culture system

Would foil suffice to be used as a reflective surface, or is there a much better product?
