Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share my make shift splint made in shear panic, This is a Tai female aprox 6 weeks into flowering, lots of white hairs but only gets about 5 hrs of direct sunlight a day. I was cutting loose the cane grass that I used to tie the plant down with and at the last minute decided to move a branch into direct light when it broke! I immediatly held it together like a compress while I called :cuss:myself every fowl thing in the universe, amputate or jerryrig a splint of somekind............was the question reeling in my mind .....so far so good, its been 5 days and no signs of discolor or wilting:roll:

Dude great job, with that tall grass around the plants, how do you manage so they don't block the sun? Manual process?

I've splinted branches that were hanging by threads and they survived just fine. Five
days and no problems? She'll be okay.

Thanks..........yes every couple of weeks I have to stomp the surrounding grass down but not to much.........trying to keep it hidden and exposed to direct sunlight is not easy.
