info please coco or promix/sunshine mix

hi, ive allways been a hydro man i just started useing coco and i like it alot more then hydro but a close friend of mine with more experence growing just seen my set up and said i should switch from coco to promix or sunshine mix has anybody ever used promix or sunshine mix?? i need a second option before i try a new medium, ill be fishing all day 2marrow so i wont be able 2 respond till late 2marrow night, THANKS ALL

i use promix, very good soil. Dunno what else i can say about i use it now and im seeing good reults i continue to use it
