Man the judge really wants this case properly finished, I guess that's a good sign although I guess took take some time to write up the decision. Only thing I can see here is him telling HC both MMAR (or another system) and MMPR work side by side.

Judge will say what needs to be done to make everything "constitutional". Will be up to HC to implement those changes. Knowing HC though they will do the bare minimum and try to fuck us all over again anyway.
