After watching many videos and reading many threads on various forums i decided to order up some horsetail herb and make a tea for foliar spraying.
@Dr. Who here on RIU wrote up an extensive article on treating PM. He says you can use it up till mere days before harvest and no taste or anything. Until then i pulled all plants out 1 by 1 and held a 100w qb over them and cut off any infected and also unnecessary foliage. I found that my helicopter parenting saved me. Only a handful of infected leaves and nothing else. Spores were plentiful but i saw where you can add 30ml H202 to a gallon of RO water and do a foliar spray. I drenched them and sprayed top of soil. I reckon that theyll make it another 2-3 weeks and by then i should be in my window. Crazy thing with these Mephistos is how most of the trichs are already white. The whole plant looks white. 1 reason i spotted the PM so quick is i been checking thinking no way a plant with almost all white pistils could be so trich heavy. Using the loupe i see they are literally stacked on top of each other. Im sure i could cut now and theyd be harsh but still get you high as hell. Im trying to hold out for the yield. They are doubling in weight every week rt. now. If they can ride till theyre done im gonna get that LB. Anyway, ill let ya know how things go. Take it easy!
