I have a 15 day old plant in a 3 gallon pot. These bugs are the size of this , comma mark. they are yellowish orange and have 6 legs. They have antenna's and round. They always pass the stem and never even try to go on the plant. They come out a lot when I water and its been a week I been using diatomaceous earth and they go right through the powder not killing them. All they do is walk around on the soil not stopping and they only stop when you blow on them. I need help they are driving me crazy. Are they good bugs? Any comment will help, thanks.

Sort of sounds like soil lice. I'm pretty sure they're not bad. If I remember correctly they just eat decaying matter in the soil, and don't bother plants. Check google images and see if they look the same.
