insomnia SUCKS!!

Yeah, 2:25 here, normally fall asleep around 3-4ish, sleep till like 10-11...Wouldn't exactly call it insomnia, and I feel for those who really suffer from sleep depravation. The one thing I wish is I wish that more places were open all night.

every time i take a toke break i have this problem. after trying several otc sleep aids i found the holy grail of sleep.

first, take 2 benadryl.
wait about 45 minutes
then chew at least a mg of melatonin, go to bed, and wait for it

my tolerance to melatonin varies over the years. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. i've heard of people that say it never works for them. either way, try it with the benadryll first. i say chew it because it will go to work right away. the benadryl will take a good 45 min to take effect, and that's when you should take the melatonin.

Melatonin doesn't work for me anymore.

I'm usually asleep 4am-8am, but past 4 I tend to just be awake all night.

I've been staring at the ceiling on bed for 2 hours so I'm resorting to a fat blunt as soon as I can be asked to get up. (have to climb down a ladder and stuff)
