installing new lights please help

the breakers has to b a double breaker to hook up to 240 if you look at the breaker youlll c a red and black wire well that where your wiring goes into,thw wiring that hooks up to a board, the board contains the timer that hooks up to outlets where your lights will b plugged in. You coul also split the stove outlet and not using the stove while you got the lights on, and run your wire down or up to your room and hook it up to the board at 240v already to go.

you can also run 1 1000w and 1 400w ona 120v 15 amp breaker wich would just b any wall plug to run the ohter 2 you would have to test another rooms plug to c if its on a different breaker if it is you can run an extension wire and run the other 2 lights off it, but your gona need an air conditioner or a really nice air intake cause with those 4 lights ur gona b in the 110f mark if not cooled thus killing everything
