Ok here what imma trying to deal with.

Right now my room have an intake from the outside of the house and NO exhaust.
My carbon filter is just recirculating the air in the room. Now the summer is here and and the A/C is constantly ON because i have no Exhaust!

I have few options and i am unsure what to do.

- Exhaust the hot air outside the house where the A/C sits. and Run my intake from the inside of the walls.
OR
- Exhaust in the walls and take the fresh air from outside where the A/C sits?
OR EVEN
- Exhausting the hot air outside and having NO INTAKE?

Any suggestions?

You cant just run the AC and exhaust the hot air outside? What am I missing? You dont need an intake if you have AC coming in.

Are you sure ?
I always tough windows unit A/C's don't take outside air and only recirculate and cool down the air from the inside.
Am i wrong?

Ok, glad you said window AC; I was thinking central. Window AC's do use air from inside the room and exhaust the hot outside.

Im still confused though, cant you run the AC and then exhaust the air from the grow room outside?

Ok, so now the intake is in the same window with the a/c unit? I would guess that it's sucking a lot of the hot air that the a/c unit gives off back into the room, correct me if i'm wrong.

I would NOT get "fresh" air from inside the walls. You never know what kinds of bugs, molds and fungi are growing in their plus the air might be quite stale and not very fresh.

I would vent the hot air to the attic if possible or out the window next to the a/c unit. Intake from another room or form outside as long as its not picking up heat from the a/c

:blsmoke: you need to stand back and think! Hot air out of top of grow space. Then fresh cool air from bottom. Intake, out take. Or just keep a fan blowing on plants from cool spot.need to know what size and type of space you are using. :peace::weed:
