Top of tent Exhaust. Passive intake.
6 inch vortex.
As long as your intake and exhaust are coming and going to an area with low humidity you will have low humidity.
its a little harder to get Higher humidity i find than lower.

Wish I had your problem, I run a sealed 5x5 tent with 1200Watts, if my dehumidifier shuts off, my humidity would be 100"% within an hour.

this is my intake and exhaust on my 4x8 tent. the intake at the bottom is taking cool 65F air from the room that is cooled by a 8500 btu portable ac unit and feeds into the tent, the exhaust fan at the top is air being pulled from the tent cooling the lights then out the house, both fans are rated at 740cfm and i keep the tent with 2 1000w at 78F solid doing it this way. humidity will naturally be low with so much air movement in such a small space the air in my tent exchanges about 3 times in one min.
