so my grow closet needs a intake atm its just venting under the door but thats not enough

its enclosed on all sides so i cant just cut a hole and put a vent on both sides that would make this too easy can i just pull air from inside the wall would that even work?

im not cutting a hole in the door this grow requires a little stealth and i cant pull from the attic it gets 500 degrees up there in the summer

im stuck please help +rep for best answer

The wall is a sealed space, little if any air flow, and why does it have to be difficult? If you can, put an intake down low on a side wall to bring in cooler air then vent out the top. You say it's a little hell in your attic, so what's more heat going OUT? You're not bringing it in. Whatever you do you need to provide for escaping air since you can't bring in fresh unless old can escape. Matter of physics.

Why don't people figure this stuff out before they start growing. Think first, ask questions first, prevent mega frustration later.

yeah you can pull air from inside the wall but this isnt ideal you but if its al you got then i would do it and vent into attic where teh air will continue to rise.

dont vent into the wall that would be a bad idea. and you could make a whole in the door on the inside the flange to the ducting and over the whole on the outside a ventilation grill. if people(not landlord asks) thats how it came, if landlord asks, thats so you cloths dont get stale. shrugging my shoulders on that one, but ive seen grills on plenty of closet and basement doors.

agree, its like putting a plastic bag over your head and think you can survive , if your fan does not have any air to move, dont bother turning it on, the room will be the same temp either way you are starving the room for air and ruining your fan by starving it of air , your fan bearings are cooled by the air that passes through if you starve the fan expect premature fan falure.

Insensitive? Probably but check the posts yourself. How many of these questions should be asked and answered BEFORE wasting time, resources, seeds, money, sweat just because someone gets their hands on some seeds or clones and goes to grow something they have no clue about how to go about it. A little time spent in preparation would save everyone a lot of time and frustration, especially the person who wants to start, I have no problem with that. You don't just go to DMV with your birth certificate and get a driver's license and start driving without preparing first by reading the rules at least.

Dude stop yelling at me!!! What the fuck did I do? Your starting to hurt my feelings. I hear what your saying, what u might not be understanding is that when people get clones or seeds they get excited. Really fucking excited. So they try to grow, when they run into problems they ask here on this forum. Now start being nice to me. We're friends dude.

If you dont want to cut no holes ,then maybe go to the big box store, buy a cheep door( same size) and do what you want with it ,put the original door up in that attic, and when you move reinstall the door, cheep door under 30 bucks

i have a 250cfm for outtake read the effing post before you start insulting people iv been growing for a little under 6 years i started this grow a month and a half ago when it was cold outside and heat wasn't a issue

first of all if your tired of seeing "these posts" close your fucking eyes you don't have to read them go to toke and talk thread and you wont have to, secondly this is a forum for novice and experienced growers alike to share their experiences and *LEARN FROM EACH OTHER* so if you want a place to insult people go to bodybuilder you will fit right in with all the other white trash retards, And lastly your 200 posts in so i doubt anyone really cares about what you have to say but if your feedback had any degree of originality and or helpful-ness people wouldn't care so much that your a asshole
