She should have never had her medicine taken if she was carrying her card. The law clearly states they may carry in Arizona with an out of state recommendation or licence.

I doubt many police have been coached on or are required to learn the new MMJ laws.

no the funny part is they are ordered to return it
i know cops it was smoked or burnt up with the trash ...............if i was her i would tell them no this is not what i had untill they give her the best on the market at their cost


i was picked up with a OZ of some killer shit back in the day when i got to court that 28 grams turned to 10 grams .......lower charge i did not bitch but someone took more then half of it

LOL, the lab guy is all like. I need 18 grams to test and be sure it was Marijuana.... Yep it is..

She was arrested by federal agents who turned her over to the state police... Green card mean absolutely nothing to the federals.

So what it was the state that had custody of the mmj and the state that filed charges. Great precedent set here. Did you know we have representatives pushing for a law to allow police to seize
and destroy all plants and mmj seized during a investigation even if the person is found innocent.

We did but that is dead. Are they still pushing for that?
