I messaged you on friday about the order that still hasn't been fully delivered. I can see that you've been posting on here as recently as today, yet choosing not to respond to some pretty simple questions from a client, who did not receive their entire order.

Will you please respond and complete the initial order? I've been waiting for over a month, and you have said multiple times that you will make this right, but you have not done so, or communicated that you intend to.

thats not entirely accurate. unless im missing something your original order shipped complete (with extra free wire) and you wanted additional wagos and wire which you asked for on 11/15, a week ago.

not trying to be a jerk but theres a reason i ask people in my sig to email me about orders instead of pm'ing me- i had to go read through 4 pages of questions to figure out what we were talking about, and i see on the last page the customer info was there but i had to ask for it..i try to offer personalized service but its tough when a lot of orders are similar and nobody puts their riu handle in their order or gives their real name in riu messages.

if you would have just ordered more wagos thru the site and left me a note in the order to throw in some wire it would have shipped by now, Thats my bad, i should have instructed you to do that i was going to try to set you up a custom order to save you some shipping. Best to just use the website in the future, off the map orders fall thru the cracks easy. just do the order and ill pick up shipping for your trouble and refund whatever the site charges. im going to the PO in 2 hours

Any news on the new COB option? No worries if they're not available yet, I'd be quite happy with another CLU058-1825. Looking to place my order before the weekend.

new cobs are more 1818ish. sorry to tease im trying to wrap up my backorders of custom light engines before openign a new can of worms

if you want an 1825 i have no other options in that range

Any idea when more 105mm pin fries are gonna be in? I want to make another order and gonna need well more than two.

ive got about 8 stashed and thats the last of them. 120s are the new 105s and ill have them next week

I can see why you went with those, they certainly are a bit more flexible, though maybe a bit much for the ultra low watt guys.

It still fits my path for upgrading from 1212s to a better cob when the prices eventually drop so they will still work for me.

good 'cause i got better cobs than the 1212s that drop right in to the same holders when youre ready
