mine are. drilled for 4 in factI know they aren't drilled and tapped for two cobs.
the setup you describe would be awesome in a 4x4 and affordable

Its gonna be a 2x8 space. Maybe 2 4x8 rooms to try different colors or cri's. Any suggestions? Would the 120mm be enough cooling?mine are. drilled for 4 in fact

i dont sell 120mm anymore for clu048, only 133mmIts gonna be a 2x8 space. Maybe 2 4x8 rooms to try different colors or cri's. Any suggestions? Would the 120mm be enough cooling?
So would it make sense to use 60 1212's at 10 watts each to light 4 x4 ? I'm talking Gen5's.
Thass whut im talkin bout!would it make sense? whats your budget? yes it will be more efficient but your cost for the rig goes up a bit and it takes a while to recover it
if you buy the 30 packs at a discount on the site thats alot of bang for the buck esp doubling up on heatsinks
not advisable in parallel due to different Fv. with a bunch of cobs (12+) not that big of a deal but you might see 10% difference in flux from cob to cob.. if you were gonna do that do a checkerboard style pattern of mixing em up for uniform light to canopyCan the gen 5 and gen 6 1212 chips be run together on the same controller?
youre paying for 3 times more driver than youre using, thats about itI want to run them at 55 watts each to 85ish for flower.
So only using 220 watts,
What are the drawbacks from this setup please.
not the best fit on voltage, bit will work. youre leaving almost 40% of the drivers unusedHey Cobkits. OK< decided to go with 2x185H-1400B for the 4 Luminus cxm22..
no reason to do thatbecause I think with the 600H, Id have to hook up fuses per light to resist the max input per cob.
18 solidWhat size wire you recommend for all the wiring?
no its a 36V driver, board needs close to 50I wanted to know if this driver is enough for a single qb280?
yesCan i use the 2 cxb with this driver??
no, hlg-185-48A would work tho. Also looking at the cmx22 passive light engine on your site, can i use 4 of them with a hlg 186h-c1400b? If not wich driver should i use?? Thanks
back to this, you cant just "crank 4 luminus up to 100W each" on a 54B driver. voltage will limit you to 80-85Wi paid $120 for the driver, a 320H is $140 alone, plus, i can crank it up to 400 watts if i want, and cant with, " just enough"..
ok, I came up with 99back to this, you cant just "crank 4 luminus up to 100W each" on a 54B driver. voltage will limit you to 80-85W
