Ha farmer...looking good mate..you have to look at the plants if there is any burning or yellowing stop straight away, if not go slow with the ferts, when are you starting to flower? you know they double in size the first couple of week into flowering...

double in the first weeks? wow better recalculate I thaught they doubled in the total time it takes to flower. how many weeks should flowering take? cos i may have to start flowering about now. sounds great =-) had to stop nutes before, there was some yellow but all good and green now.

From what I understand you want to harvest after the trichomes (the little water drop looking hairs) turn from clear to amber (you would need to use a magnifine glass) which is when they are most potent but I could be wrong

thanks for that but its space i need to caculate and i think im about half way and if it more than doubles in size then i need to start 12/12 now so by the time its ready for harvest it has still got room and not burning under the HID.

Bending them over wont hurt them, just go slowly and the plant wont know the diffrence. Check the growth on SmokeEmPipe's trained ICE plant.
O and theres instructions on how to do ir a few pages back.
...Also since you are down to two plants you may want to start leaning them over them so you will ge more than two main colas and utilize more of your powerfull light. Leaning them will alow you to keep the light closer to more of the plant at once and have a larger canopy area. To get them to lean just use a string of some type, preferably thick so as not to cut into the plant, and make a loop around the middle of the stalk. Use some type of weight on the other side and just set it on top of the string, this makes adjustment easy. Then start bringing them down a inch or so a day till the top is even with the bottom stems, making a flat top...

that looks good and i see the benefits also but my plants look so perfect this will derange them but i take it it will give a higher yield? i turned the lights to 12/12 yesterday so the flowering begins how long does flowering usually take?they seem to have grown faster than expected.hmmm

8-10 weeks, give or take

they will double - to triple in size. i hope you make it with your space man!

they will have a spurt the first 2-3 weeks and then usually stop growing and start the budding

ok i hope i have space too or ill have to knock a wall down. is there the rare occasion that it will be quicker due to sheer beginners luck/love? :-? it seems to be one of the healthiest plants ive ever seen and it has grown real quick.

hey guys, I asked before about moisture on the leaves but only learned about how much moisture goes back in to the air and plant contributions to the atmospheric moisture but still dont know whether it is normal or bad should i clean it off? is it caused by being too hot (sweating)? lack of air circulation? all of the aboveor should i just leave it cause its normal? i do know that having water on the leaves causes light amplification and this would burn the plant so can you help me again.

Hi farmer... you can wipe it off... or increase air flow.. I always leave it.. but I dont have ANY humidity issues.. EVER... if you have humidity issues this may be a concern... if not.. then leave the leaf alone.. LOL

ok thanks man, no humidity problem steady 50 % goes up at night, will the water not magnify the light and damage the plant?

Unlikely.... very unlikely.... many growers express this concern.. it is one of those fears that is talked about far more than it deserves... and if you do get burns, they will be very minor.. effecting your total yield by less than
.000000000000000000000000001 of a gram.. LOL

.000000000000000000000000001 of a gram ,
Ithought it was more like
.0000000000000000000000000028 of a gram

lol ok got the pic. i was thinking about trying to keep things as dry as possible so the leaves will produce more resin to protect the leaves? thats why ive been cleaning. is this just water or is it toxins that the plant is getting rid of>? or is it producing thc and i keep wiping it away?

yes, dry weather produces thin high resinus leaves(good), humid weather cause larger fan like leaves(not so much bad just less resin)
