Simmering now....decided to add a few (fried crispy) Carando sweet/hot sausages....fresh (blood red beefsteak) tomatoes, handful of garlic cloves, hot sauce(s), fresh zucchini, fat portobellos, carrots, etc.etc., basically ran this one through the (neighbor's) garden.
If only I could bottle/preserve the aroma.
