no i mean u throw ur shit on the phone and if registers the wieght through the touch screen

Lol I have said that to many people before. And they believe it. But no not possible, maybe they could use an extremely accurate, pressure sensitive click screen on a blackberry storm.. Doubt they will research that tho lol..

Wow mad support well I was gone, Veery nice guys:bigjoint:

I think apple would aprove an app in a heartbeat they have already aproved tons of weed apps as some of you have said.

The difference of going onto RIU on safari and haveing a dedicated app would of course be Straight picture posting like perviously stated but it would also have a different interface.
Like all the tabs that you see ^^ will be at the bottom of the screen, and when you are in "My Rollitup" it will list all your threads and it will just be way more molded to the iphone user interface. What most excites me is a choice to have pop up notifications for certain features like when you get a msg or theres a new post on your thread.

dAM I keep loosing my train of thought, fuckin Purple Pineapple..

Me and my friend have also had this conversation, I bet alot have ha. I think there is definetly a possiblity of a not very accurate but a ruff kinda scale since the iPhone has the ability to sense differing pressures of touch. I an not curtain but maybe.

I am planing on making a variety of different Cannabis related Apps so stay toon:lol: ha Hopefully we can start with RIU

Ive never uploaded a pic before on RUI but i thought you had to upload it elsewhere then link to it? And im pretty sure the iphone doesnt have any type of pressure sensitivity, would be cool though.

RIU gives you the choice of eather direct link or uploading from hard drive.

and i Phone does have different fields of sensativity, like for designing a game that requires u to tap things fast, and before you play it asks you to ajust settings, what touch sesativity do you want?
Ultra sensative
Sesative
Normal
Dull
This is sesativity to touch and I would think it can be used in someway to weight, and I have seen this feature and have heard Steve Jobs (CEO, Apple) tell about how great it is that you can customize an app down to the amount of touch pressure it receives

Yea but measuring how fast you touch something and how much pressure is being applied is to completely different things.

Hands down what a great intuitive idea... but I doubt itunes would work on a application that is dedicated to the "smoke!"

But I heard apple is taking suggestions for new iphone applications!

Personally my girlfriend owns the new 3G iphone and she loves it but the bill is hell of high... its up to par with verizon, which I own a blackberry storm!

But I would love to hear more input about this subject...

I'll slide you that link mate!

yeah it somehow tries to use the accelerometer as a substitute, and almost everyone that has bought it says the same thing you did, doesnt work piece of shit, interesting though.

I have an iPhone and I'd be interested. I could even probably help in some areas of building the app. Only downfall I see is Apple would never approve it, so it would have to be for jailbroken phones. I could be wrong, but that's my guess.

Imagine that commercial from Apple, "want to learn how to grow cannabis? There's an app for that!" LMAO
I think they would approve it since there is an app designed to help find cannabis clubs here in CA.:leaf:
