you asked if it was good enough. if you wanted a different answer, you should have asked a different question. 1 incandescent light bulb is enough to grow a plant and control the photoperiod. it will be a horrible grow but its enough. more light = better. fluoro's aren't the greatest for flowering no matter how many lumens you have. marijuana just doesn't flower well under fluoro's. Can you do it? yes. Is it enough? (enough for what?) you will get small yields and a lot of stretching. I see more hermies under fluoro's as well. I would not recommend flowering with fluror's but is it enough? That's up to you and your standards.

well i found out that im 100% sure its a female.and she is moving fast i started flowering oct 23rd and nov 1st she showed her preflowers so im really 7 days into flowering and loving what im looking at today i can thnx u guys enough for your help not just on my forum but i learnd alot from what i didnt know.and sorry my pic phone sucks lol
