Is 5600 lumens too much???

I have one plant with 4 27 watt CFLs an one little 60w replacement CFL on it too. Is that too much shes 3 weeks old and normally has been on 3 of the 27 watts but i changed it today???

more light=better, just make sure the temps don't get to high and don't burn her
