Is a flood light enough to keep plants in veg

i really need a little more veg time and was gonna put them under my outdoor floodlight just before dark to keep them in veg for just a couple more weeks will this work I don’t want to risk reveg or hermie

It will work. In 2014 i put one cfl clamp light over a bunch of plants until september. No hermies or reveg issues. Im doing the same type of deal again this year. Good luck

Im in California. I dont get frost till late Nov or early Dec. Just keep in mind how long your plants are going to flower. Mine is 9 week flowering strain so ill probably cut the lights late Aug or Sep 1st to avoid frost issues. When's your first frost/freeze?

Can you build a greenhouse structure? If not then I wouldn't extend veg for more than an extra 2 weeks if I was you. Could prove to be more detrimental in the long run.
