howd you work that out , if a clone has roots its a plant, if you can grow 10 plants that includes clones, if the feds bust you and you have ROOTED clones there classed as plants ... mature or not.If you mean under legal guidelines, I'd say no
sorry dude i didnt realise that. i think the OP needs to edit his question .. to say what circumstance he is talking about . i dont have advice of legal states obijohn , if they say you can have 6 mature plants do they give you limits on cuttings and seedlings aswell out of interest ?Not where it's legal. here in my area of Cali, each patient is allowed up to 6 MATURE (fully grown and/or flowering) plants. So we can have clones/seedling as well. But only 6 mature plants
