is an 11w cfl powerful enough for clones?

i have 4 clone cuttings, i only have a single strip 11w cfl, or a 400w MH, and the 400 will just slaughter them.

they are standing at around 2" at the moment. what should i do?
 
a single CFL should do, they do not need much light... Id mabe get a 23watt CFL though... little more juice.

The CFL is 'daylight' correct?
 
thumbs up, especially the first 5 days that is good, 1" from the top of a humidity dome if you use one or 4" without if using wilt spray.

After the first 5 days more light is needed. But don't fry them...
