is any bit od light bad for dark cycle

if the plane is in the dark cycle i get up to use the bathroom i turn the light on for less than a minute, does that effect the plant?

yes any red or blue light fucks them up

i have heard of growers using green lighting in areas w/ their plants because apparently it doesn't effect them. someone for example used green christmas tree lights so he could do junk in the grow room after "dark" if it was needed w/o screwing up the plants..

i use a green led keychain light. it works great. and the tri's look AMAZING when its dark and theres only colored lights available.. soo many sparkles. makes me wish i still did lsd

unnatural light exposure during the flowering cycle can and usually will cause normally recessive hermaphrodite genes to become active, which means your plant will turn gender bender and start producing pollen in an attempt to self germinate and preserve its own genetic line.
