Is anyone running a high output garden efficiently?

I want to do organics real badddd. But I know coco and salts. I’m thinking, 7 - 9 weeks vegging, 4 or so of this being under blue light. Regular lst, regular leaf trimming. 4 of these plants being in a 5x5’ to then be flowered for 8 or so weeks. Likely be in a 50+ litre pot each.

Wondering if anyone is doing anything similar and what yields they get?

It is nice to have a plan but ensure you maintain flexibility. The plant will let you know when to flip and when it is done.

I just finished my first Organic grow. I now have 2 tents and can do a progressive grow like start seedlings and veg plants in a smaller tent then move to the flower tent. After this grow I am terrified of the idea.
The 8 week white widow flower went to 11 and a day. If I needed the flower tent I would have had to top the plants and continue the veg. There is a limit to this in a 5 gallon fabric pot.
Guys with much more experience with these grows can chime in but I do not want my pot growing to be stressful and a highly efficient growing system with big yields sounds like a second job.Organics is easy peasey. Even with problems I got to the finish line.

With a tent to veg some clones known to double or triple in size will maximize output in that 5x5. I do drain to waste coco though. I see this is a perpetual question or at least would think it would come up due to title of thread.

Knowing a pheno is key, the first few runs will be all over the place but once you know how long to give it, it gets better. Now I know to take clones two weeks from flip vs at flip. So my 9-10wk pheno can get 11-12 wks if needed but if all is well it shouldnt.

That way my veg clones need a week or two to flip vs needing to harvest asap and have overgrown plants. Also give me a break to breathe and clean things up. Id say my pheno can do 16-20oz or little more in a 5x5 if all is well. Im learning how to raise yield without powdery mildew or budrot that happened some time ago.

There are lots of strains thay could do double that easily. I just do flower rosin only so I dont get paid until its in dab form and that adds complexity. Better off keeping what meets most of whats desired.

I last compared running all tents vs having my veg tent to perpetuate. I concluded basically could do 64oz in 20wks vs 49oz if to not perpetuate. So I know its worth it. I just had a bad habbit of taking cuts too soon. They need 8-10wks veg 8-10wks flower.

So two wks after flip take cuts that will be planted two wks later, will be 6 wks veg by the time my flowers hit 10wks. If theyre struggling for some reason or simply need another week or two, it surely will be done or somethings very wrong.

I had gnats/aphids delay things, bacterial bloom in root zone overwatered and etc. Sometimes they still finish on time but now that I got everything solved this run its going as planned. I call it limp mode where it could take 14wks but things were so bad my plants were just suddenly dying.

I want this to be my life :D I fully understand though, I’m actually moving away from hydroponics just so that I don’t need to do the setup. But replacing that with brewing tea and measurements of feeding with a schedule I’ve all never done before… fun. I’m pretty confident tbf I’m just going to keep feeding light and in flowering probably every 3rd watering. I get distracted, what you’re doing is what I planned, and I’m going to start clones atleast 1 week in probably 2 for the exact reason of what you say, if something takes longer to flower than I expected, I’ve only begged for 6 weeks, and beside that I’d say I can just increase compost volume if it has vegged longer, then alter for the next cycle obviously.
