Plants that need water droop; that plant didn't look droopy to me. Yellow leaves possible (browning on one tip) looks like nute deficiency. Which nute?? Hard to tell but whatever it is, I'd blame the soil because she has to get her nutes from the soil. The plant is still too little to feed nutes outright; It's too young to transplant and I don't think the plant would make it anyway. So if it is the soil, you kinda screwed. You could try your luck in treating the deficiency. It's really young so I'm not certain if the same logic applies but when older leaves turn color while newer leave look ok...it's a primary nute deficiency N, P, or K. Try a very dilluted ORGANIC tea to solve the problem. I'd go with fish emulsion 1st b/c N is what it wants most right now. If you don't see improvment in 5-7 days charge it to the game and start over, your not far enoungh in to give a fuck yet...in my opinion. If the plant survives til transplant use better soil and find a way to regulate temperature; seedlings like warmth. Overall, it's kinda crazy to have to trouble shoot this early. I suggested it, but it also seems kinda crazy to feed a plant that young. You could just have a weak plant. Better to find out now than later with low quality buds
