Thank you guys for not "low balling". As long as the end user price stays the same, so should yours.
had to risk leaving my chef job to take the dispensary job for way less pay. being single means I get to do shit like that.I freaked out on the dispensary for promoting me three times without a pay raise, quit, and instantly got a job teaching for oaksterdam. not the average tale.
I was definitely considering going to oaksterdam but didn't know if it was a waste of time. I guess if you teach then it's well worth it.

i do not grow, hell i dont even smoke
I can't trust you.
if pot is so damn easy to grow, why isn't everyone growing their own?
i just dont understand how if pot is still in reality illegal EVERYWHERE, why is the market still following a blackmarket price scheme?
and no i do not grow, hell i dont even smoke but im a firm believer the pot should be available for EVERYONE and available at a reasonable price not crime prices.
back during the prop 19 campaign me and the ol man VG got into many debacles over it, and i agree if yall do the work yall should be rewarded but after sitting here day after day and reading up on everyones various grows and lurking many 'pro' threads, it just seems like the technique may seem a tedious one for the initial setup but once it gets going it seems very simple to maintain as a gardener.
not only that but all the large scales ive seen, many of the growers say they always get help when it comes harvest and that they pay the workers back in buds. well if a pro grower can grow a single plant to give xx amount of OZs then really its not costing the grower any money except but part of the plant given as payment.
as far as initial costs, for you outdoor growers your def not paying for electricity, and your liquid nutes althou might be semi expensive, it seems only drops at a time go into the dilution with water. then you got soils, i know for fact you can go to supply stores on certain day and catch pallets with semi ripped bags for 1/4 of the price. you guys might say ooh thats cheap soil, and in many cases that might be true but for you pro's that shouldnt hamper your grow abilities one bit. because after all thats what makes a pro grower right?
so yea.. hopefully yall dont get all uptight and offended because im new to all this and i gotta start somewhere with information.
who says people dont? yall are just the ones who proudly show it off.
