Is Cali Still Flooded?

If you make a corporation there is no law against advertising the prices of your medicine and selling them to people who sign the paper to join your collective as far as I know.
so a person on a private (non-business) basis couldnt run a classified ad to give away free meds with the anticipation of a donation? dont get the wrong idea guys, i was just curious and i think other people could use this info as well.

I'm not sure. I don't think so. At the least, you should have collective paperwork before doing this. It's easy to make that. Just copy another collective's form. But you have to have that as a minimum. Don't even show someone your medicine until they've signed a collective agreement and you've verified their doctor's rec. Cops run a scam where they give you their rec info over the phone, but don't show you in person. They say they forgot it in the car or something and then ask to see a sample first. When you give them a sample without checking their doctors rec and making them sign a collective agreement, they bust you.

Anyone considering a collective startup really should have a lawyer do it. We just had one settup, it cost us $3,000.00, and was worth every dime. The peace of mind in knowing all the T's were crossed and the I's dotted is priceless. The lawyer also gave us very specific instructions on how to make every concievable cannabis transaction. We are now constructing a 20,000 watt grow op without the fear that came with previous growing operations. I think I could even see a cop approaching the warehouse without having too big of a heart attack.

We'll be posting a thread detailing the whole process; from legal to construction to growing and harvest.

Hey collective that would be really cool of ya man; sharing the knowledge and all. And to fade I'm sorry if my question was off topic man though I would like to think that we all benefited from it in some way. I am in no way trying to jack your thread. Thank you for being so tolerant, that's why we all like ya man.

just talked to a couple dispensary owners the other day, they said there is still a lot of medicine out there but demand is starting to pick back up. by the end of march, they should be buying like crazy for a little while. they are still low balling though, one guy said he still wasn't paying more than $2800/lb for good indoor.
