is fox farm ocean forest the best dirt?

I've used Ocean Forest for while now. I like it alot, no real need to nutes for the first couple weeks. I like my mix to be 1/4 Foxfarm Light Warrior and 3/4 Foxfarm Ocean Forest. The only issue I'd every had with it is it seems to dry out alot quicker. I have done a couple exp plants in coco. I like coco water retension.
 
I use ocean forest. It's my third grow and it has been wonderful. I tried a couple different kinds that the local grow shop suggested, but I liked FFOF best. I read above that it dried out quick. It does dry out quicker then the other I tried, but I prefered that. I don't mind watering more often (not much more often.) It gives me a chance to be leanient with my nutes and what not. That's my input. Good luck.
 
Yeah, I used to use promix, a soiless mix. But when I switched to FF, I started getting fungus gnats, and now im having a problem with small tiny white bugs inside my soil. Check yours out, they are very very very small, let me know if you see anything.
