Got 2 rooms next to eachother on a flip( 1 room runs for 12,hours then the next room runs for 12 hours)

We use co2 in each rooms however with the close proximity to eachother there is always co2 in the room that just turned dark.. we also dont exhuast and intake as its a sealed room.

Is it bad for the plants to have co2 at night, could this hamper the yeild?

We dont leave the co2 on, the sensor is light sensitive and automatically truns off however reminis of the co2 from wehn the lights where on still remains...
It shouldn't hurt them cause if you didn't run the add'l co2 there would still be standard enviroment co2 there anyway at about 300 to 500ppm

we use sulfur burners at night to kill potential mildew

other then that, is it realy that crucial for plants to get fresh air out and fresh air in at night.... im sure it helps but is it worht the effort to duct the attic and install filters?
