Is it detremental to change light type during flowering?

i have a 250MH that is currently flowering 5 easyrider autoflowers.. i just recieved a 400 HPS and wanna put it on them... Will this be ok or will it cause stress on my lady friends

it wil stress them a little but the benefits outweigh the problems. go 4 it, itll boost ur yeild. just keep an eye on the heat

Use Both, by adding it you will reduce the stress and offer a mixed spectrum which MJ loves during flower
