in CL or w/e state weed is legal in? even if i am not from the USA?

what shall i do? how much does it usually cost in total? any ass kissing?

It is easy in California. Go see the pot doc tell him you get migraines. Then you will have to go to an internal medicine doctor and tell him the same thing, he will write you a prescription for migraine meds. Take that back to the pot doc pay the 175.00 fee and wa la you would then be considered a cannabis patient. I know if you are prescribed anything for anxiety or depression he can issue a cannabis card for that too. You have to renew your card every year. Each county here in cali has different limits so be aware of that as well.

here you can just go to the weed doc and pay $49 and they giv eyou a script. say you have some vague illness. bring any meds you may have that help prove you have an illness. If you dont' have any, that's ok too.
 
as long as you have an ID for that state, with an in-state address, u should be able to get it. if you dont already have medication to bring, go to a regular doctor and say your having headaches or back pain. they will probably give you ibuprofen or something. take that to your "weed doctor" and show them that your regular doctor is giving you ibuprofen for back pain, and it isnt working. say youve been using marijuana recently and it works a lot better.

also try to find a legit doctor without spending too much money. the first guy i went to ended up getting arrested for fraud a few months later haha
 
OP said he is NOT from the USA. Im pretty sure this fact just screws him in general. You have to be a citizen last time I checked to get a medical cannabis card. Unless you are a citizen and just decided to say your not from here for some stupid reason. Anyways, keep suckin those dicks <3
