Is it good/bad to grow tomato plants in the same room as weed?

I have 2 super silver haze plants that are currently on the third week of flowering under a 400W HPS light. I want to get my tomato plants started early this year. I did some research on growing tomato plants and its nearly the same as weed so i figured it would be ok to grow in the same room but wasn't sure if it was good or bad. Could anyone help?
 
as long as you tend to your garden you can grow almost any plant with weed that is found in many household gardens!! you feed it what it wants and love it just the same and you'll be fine!!i start all my outdoor garden plants with my ladies!! and transplant them accordin to the old farmers almanac!!
 
Your tomatoes might get a bit of weed smell on them, but other then that growing multiple plants in the same room with different pots is beneficial.
 
I had lettuces and tomatoes growing in my last setup beside the weed. The tomatoes were awesome but the lettuce tasted rank.
 
i grow outdoors and use tomato plant to cover my girls, it took almost a full grow season for my wife too tell. after all tomato die when our girls are pushing .

Im doing the same, and i start all my seedlings indoors so when im stoned i can eat fresh vegetables which is one of the greatest things ever.

A little diversity never hurt anyone.
 
I hope that whoever was on this thread is still doing their thing. Over a decade ago lol. Anyway, if anyone is still out there, I am also growing a tomato plant in my tent.
seems to be doing well .
