Is it normal for my LED to still be on at night times?

I noticed this week (2 after flippling to 12/12) that my Blackstar 135W UFO LED grow light remains "on" during the night cicle... it's like all the leds are really dimmed and I couldn't even tell untill I checked the light itself. So does anybody knows what's up with that? I already tried two timers and turning off the power strip. The only thing that completely turns off the unit is unplugging it or the whole main line feeding my closet grow, which of course can't be done.

The problem was bad grounding.. I got a Furman bad wired to the plug filtering the current to my closet, but it was messing all up. Just layed a cheap 120V extension to my power strip, removed the ground and problem solved.

or could energize the equipment, therefore you grab it and could get zapped . 120 isnt that bad but under circumstances can still result in major injury

Well the wire isn't even warm so a spike would most likely blow the fusible of the power strip before seeing any fire as the amperage going thru is very low for the gauge of the cord
