the size of the grow box is around 24 inches width and 48 inches height.

well step up buy less lights and more watts get 19 or 26 watts less bulbs more lumens

cool im using 3 125w and 1 105w cfl's i need more though especially when i grow 5 or 6 plants next time

sometimes u can get more lights with several bulbs equaling up to big bulbs cuz u get more spread and if u break one it is cheaper to replace a 27 watter then a 125w

ill keep that in mind might need to get some 45w and 60w just to gather more light good thing you said was gonna buy 250w ones lol

the ones im using are self ballasting but that counts for shit if the area is dull in areas especially when they get bigger and bud

yea im thinking if i use a 4 in one e27 then use 2 in ones i might be able to get more light to all areas will need it since i supercropped my blue missy

When I used CFLs I had a mixture of 8x26 and 2x125, and the plants would end up leaning towards to 125w bulbs even if they were say, twice as close to the 26w bulbs, say, if it were 2" from the 26w and 4" from the 125w. Leads me to believe the larger bulbs have more penetration, although if you're gonna use CFLS i guess you should LST or SCROG so I'm not sure how much that comes into play. I also noticed my smaller ones putting off more combined heat, or at least it felt that way to me. I stopped using 26w bulbs first (got 2 more 125w instead), and then stopppd using CFLs all together.

EDIT: my 125w were those Feliz "name brand" bulbs, so I'm not sure how much that mattered. My 26w were GE.
