is it ok to switch grow lights?

im going from 4 100 watt cfls too 90 watt ufo led but leaving in 2 of the cfls with it. seems like one of my plants is getting a lil stressed. what is my problem

always a big debate over led
if its obvious that lighting is cause for stress then it should be fixed/put back to normal n stay OR start from led

id say pure led or pure cfl

the pics took forever to load i looked at my plants today and there all way more stressted there starting to twist up u may notice it in these pics but there a day old.

could really use some help i dont no if i should get rid of the led for now and go back to cfl or if i should hold on and see if it pulls through
