It's possible, but it will not have any good effects towards the plant as transplanting only causes stress.

Although if your plant's roots have engulfed the medium your using, such to the point at which you can lift the plant and everything in the pot comes with it.. i don't see how a transplant then could be that stressfull and you could get away with it with little downside.

Sure, as long as you don't disturb the soil and root ball. Be very gentle or you'll set it back A couple of weeks.

there shouldnt be alot of worry about tranplant becuz its really not that hard as ppl make it out to be BUT my preference is i would rather have them in the final pot during flower BUT yes u can transplant without death

Depends on how big they are. I don't think there's much root growth during flower so it may not help to transplant. Anyone know about root growth in flower?

The day after I started 12/12 lighting I wished my two plants' 3 gallon pots were bigger. 1 bagseed, 1 Kush. I should have just repotted them before 12/12 but I didn't have room till right before switching. I was trying to be sure on id'ing the males (2 of 5 = female).

So after 4 or 5 days of 12/12 (w/ 41d veg) I tried double potting. So far it has come as advertised. At least in this case there's been little to no transplant shock.

This is the basic concept. Just about any bottom container could be used as long as it's at least as big as whatever the plant is already in.

Hated to cut my pots but it's been worth it. They're replaceable. Fingers are not though so be careful. :!: My pots did not want to be cut despite a new blade.

With the bottom removed and the sliced roots pulled away, it's "planted" right into the other container (which of course has soil in it).

My height restrictions and the containers I have at hand limited me to 1 extra gallon of soil space. It does seem to be helping the plants. It also adds an interesting new place to water them from.

DO it and use Superthrive... ;) and possibly a shot of Fulvic Acid.. but not too much of the fulvic acid since youre flowering! I suggest, "Ful-PowerUSA" Fulvic acid... i use it myself!

I would not suggest it because the plant will put energy into the rooting system again and not the buds.

I have transplanted in a flowering phase, It did no major damage or anything but for a few days I could tell that it was stressed. You will be fine, just be gentle. What size you going from/to and how far along are you in to flowering.
