Is it okay to put my jars in the freezer?

curing and wondering if since they need a cool dark place the freezer would work. Thanks!

what happens when water gets cold? it freezes, the curing process is meant to get an even moisture level throughout the bud and for chlorophyl to be released.

yes you can . just don't hurt them by shaking it or anything .

The last mason jar I left in the freezer cracked.

I wouldnt.

When you freeze your buds the tricomes become brittle and will more easilly fall off.

Plus the moisture will not evaporate properly if its frozen.

Just leave it in a dark closet. Open the jars once a day, lay the bud on a magazine for a minute to let the old air out. Then jar back up again.

I guess what Im saying is there is NO bennifit to freezing buds, especially during a cure.
