Is it safe to smoke roadside marijuana leaves?

I actually cant tell if its hemp or just some wild sativa..... If I were you id check back in a month or so. But i can guarantee you, if its not someones own garden, and it is wild, I bet someone else is keeping an eye on this as well.
 
prosmoker-you can't link up with some of the stoners at your college? they are not hard to find.

or go to a party? even the non-stoners smoke pot while in college at parties.

i am pretty sure that nobody is keeping eye on this plant, these plants are all over the place (hundreds of groups!) and nobody grows marijuana here and a few smokes it. there are some who grind the leaves in their hands some just sniff it while some others may roll it and smoke (doesn't make sense to me since it is wet!)
and yes i saw a few plants (i assume female) which have somethings like buds on them a lot similar to rose bud but much smaller in size , but since its hemp so it is useless. i ll keep an eye on it and see if something like "sugar leaves" show up.
 
well smoking marijuana isn't very popular here so its kind of difficult, but i know a couple of guys but its very costly
buying isn't my option right now(maybe a couple of years later, when ill start earning :D)
so i guess ill have to wait for it
will definitely get stoned one day :D
