Is it theoretically possible to "mod" a HLG driver from a 1750mA to 2100mA?

I have a HLG-240h-C1750A (71V - 143V, 875 - 1750mA via internal pot) but now I would like a

HLG-240H-C2100A: (59V - 119V, 1050 - 2100mA).

The wattage is obviously the same, only the ratio V:C is different.

My reasoning is that the PCBs might be the same of all the HLG-240H, and that just a some elements set the C:V ratio? Would it in theory possible to mod the driver into a 2100mA?

Yes, what you have to do is just turn it up, as that driver will do just over 2 amps anyway.

I see this in a "test report" for the 320W version, here:

So does that mean the 240W would possibly also "overdraw"? (Also, how can this be explained if the datasheet of the driver says you can output 875-1750mA with the pot...but it outputs quite a bit more? That normal?)

Ok, found a test report of the HLG 240 as well:

they all outperform the datasheet. per NEC code all ballasts are supposed to be derated

they usually test out EXACTLY at what the test report says in my experience (though specs do change over time)
