Man, Nobody can really tell you. You're going get about a week or two more regardless of what it looks like on the internet.

Cut that basturd down at your own choosing. Or let it ripen more. This is your choice alone.
 
When using the term trichomes, you're talking about the tiny bubbles that require magnification to see, right? Not the hairs (pistils)?
 
Not ready and welcome to RIU. Patience my friend. You're looking for pistils turning brown and curling in, buds starting to swell, lower leaves turning yellow and wilting - not brown and toasty.

First grow? Congrats. next grow will be better.

However the plant will show you multiple signs she's ready for harvest. Perfect harvest time is somewhat subjective. Your plant was over watered, or over fed, or both. Don't be scared to let it dry out more. When it's dry, she'll send her roots out looking for water, that's when she shines.
 
OP, when you get to a point where you are checking trichomes, I would recommend making sure you are looking at the actual flower, not sugar leaves like in the photo above. They often don't ripen at the same rate. But, growers care more about the flower because that's where the most THC is concentrated.
