I guess that would depend if your plants were indica or sativa dominant. When does it start getting chilly in your neck of the woods? We barely get a winter in my part of the country, so I would say if you have at least 2.5 to 3 months before it gets too cold, you should make it. Maybe you could just leave the plants in the pot in lieu of planting them in the ground...that way, if you get a cold snap you could always bring them inside then?

LOL - it's all good. It's hard for me to even fathom fall when it's 104 deg.F outside (central TX).

Don't they start getting cold snaps in mid-Sept. up there?

Where i am no frosts till at least october. Usually not till november. Though we have close to freezing temps sometimes. Just seems to turn em' purple mostly.

i'll plant them this weekend,
think i'll only do 3 of my 5 moms tho,
keep a few for now and flower the other 2 by lights in a month or so just incase my new moms ain't ready for next cloning........
they are tall already and i'll for sure put some big arse stakes in when i plant them! Last few years we never got frost even here till mid November, so i think i got time them...
