Yes! It will get much plumper and frostier. The hairs will turn brown and recede.

Its a royal dwarf, 9 weeks

Never grew one of those.

At 9 weeks? Then maybe closer to the 2 weeks previously referred to.

Do you have a scope or loop to view the trichomes?

thats not even close to ready. Buy a jewellers loupe. Do not go by time on packages. They overpromise and rarely deliver....unless you are dialed in good. Even at that, you look like you got 4 weeks ish left. No less than 3 for sure.
