Is it too late for light switch from 24 to 16/8?

I've got some auto's going all around 50 days old and i was wondering if/when it is too late to switch from 24 to 16/8 and if anyone has had any experience in switching this late in and if it could possibly stress or cause any damage or decrease in growth by doing so??

No it should be fine...i switched from 20/4 to 12/12 once before when i ran out of room in my veg. I would go 18/6...or 20/4 but 16/8 will work.
